Since Anthony completed his training at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in 2001, he has worked creatively in wide and varied guises – as an actor, comedian, writer and director. Anthony recently appeared as The Tin Man in the promotional campaign of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s search for a new West End Star - BBC 1’s Over The Rainbow. He has also enjoyed three consecutive years of being a “Dalek” in Doctor Who,as well as regularly voicing an extensive range of characters in the popular Doctor Who audio books. His flare for comedy has had him writing, directing and appearing in various sketch comedy in London. Anthony has recently completed filming ‘Gregory Humphries presents a complete History of Britain’ a spoof documentary, which he co-wrote and starred in. Anthony is a regular at the Pigalle Club in Piccadilly starring in Lenny Beige’s (Steve Furst) Night of Legends. And what better training is there for this role, than to have worked closely on stage with top ventriloquist Nina Conti. |
